Personal data in directory entries

All information submitted to the directory, including but not limited to your company location, employee count, founding year, and your company's public email address, is shown publicly on the site. This is implicit to the idea of this directory as a public database of all Dutch game companies and games, and is assumed to be known to any user submitting any information to the site. It is also explicitly explained below the field where you enter a company email address when submitting a suggestion for a company.

If a directory entry contains personal information without consent, contact me (find my email address on my website) and it will be removed immediately.

Usage of the data in the directory

As explained when submitting a suggestion for a company, the company email address may be used to send a reminder email to once a year at most, as to keep the directory updated and relevant. If you do not wish to receive this email, contact me (find my email address on my website).

The directory uses the information shown public on the site to make month-by-month and year-over-year reports, which may be shared with the partners found on the site's about page.

The directory does not analyze or store your actions and behaviour on this site.
